Our Team:
Today, we employ approximately 20 full time empoyees and 100-150 seasonal employees.

Dorothy J. McDaniel-President/Owner DBE Certified Construction Company.
Dorothy has been an active member of the construction industry since 1978.

Don Templeton-General Manager
Don has worked in construction management since 1985.  Don is the company liason between general contractors and agency personnel.  He is responsible for bidding city, county and WSDOT projects.  He has been with our company since June 1997.

Brent Barcot-Pavement Maintenance Estimator
Brent has worked for Pavement Surface Control since October 2007.  Prior to coming here he worked in sales and management for 13 years.  Brent is our customer contact for striping, seal coating, crack seal and other pavement maintenance needs. 

Matt McDaniel-General Superintendent
Matt is responsible for overseeing major permanent sign and concrete barrier projects.  He is also in charge of dispatching crews for day-to-day operations.  Matt has grown up with the company and been an active employee since June 1997.

Sandi Meredith-Traffic Control Superintendent
Sandi is responsible for overseeing all of the traffic control operations for the Tri-Cities area and Yakima.  Sandi has been with the company since March 1996.

Cathy Earl
Cathy is responsible for coordinating traffic control asignments in the Yakima area.  She has been with the company since October 1999.

Dale Pittock-Accountant
Dale is responsible for general ledger accounting and job contract billing.  Dale has an AA degree from Azusa Pacific University in Southern California.  He worked with a local Tri-Cities incubator and development company for eight years before coming to Pavement Surface Control in September 2007.  

Jennifer Carney-Payroll Clerk
Jen is responsible for accounts receivable and payroll.  Jen has been with the company since July 2004.

Nicole Young-Administrative Assistant                                                                                                                                                                      Nicole has worked for Pavement Surface Control since July 2008.  Her duties include accounts payable, WSDOT trucking coordinator and contract administration.
