Established in the early 1960's by the Homewood family, Pavement Surface Control has since grown into a multi-faceted construction company. In addition to parking lot striping, extruded curb, seal coating, crack sealing, we also have equipment and material to provide street and highway striping, stripe removal, concrete median barrier, temporary construction signing, permanent street and highway signing, and traffic control. We have also added a second traffic control office in Yakima to serve the central Washington region. In recent years Pavement Surface Control has become the best known pavement maintenance contractor in south eastern and central Washington.
